Florida and Nevada Veteran’s Advocacy Foundations

Consolidate to Help Veterans in Need

Amber Valencia and Marie K. Bole of The IGY6; Foundation in Dayton, Nevada, have

announced that they will be consolidating with Florida’s The IGY6; Foundation to

broaden the ability to help in-need Veterans and furthering their ability to raise

awareness and support for Veterans and First Responders who are homeless,

unemployed, without healthcare or suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

During this process you will be noticing some changes throughout our website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

The Foundation’s new Board of Directors will consist of Andy W Velez, (USN Veteran)

President, Stephen Boerenko, (USN Veteran) Vice President, Aprile Blair, Treasurer,

and Jenny Gibbons, Secretary. Amber and Marie will remain active as Consultants and

Ambassadors of the State of Nevada to continue their work in the community.

Amber and Andy have worked tirelessly to bring two amazing groups together dedicated

to improving the lives of Veterans who are in crisis after sacrificing so much to serve this

great nation. Florida’s The IGY6; Foundation is excited about the possibilities this

consolidation will bring to Veterans.

The IGY6; Foundation will have Ambassadors spanning across multiple states with

plans to increase the number of Ambassadors and Sponsors across the nation.
